Overall, this design choice aims to create a supportive and pleasant experience for clients, making them feel at ease as they explore their options and make decisions regarding their wig selections. A wig consultation can be overwhelming at times, and at other times, it can be pleasant and relaxing. This space entirely focuses on the interaction between the user and staff and the user and the wigs; first, having comfortable seating, a large mirror, and a height-adjustable table means the booth can all be wheelchair accessible. Having multiple light sources in the room with the added feature of adjustable light allows the users to look at the wigs in different lighting to see the wig in its actual colour, shades and tones.

This room aims to provide a quiet, controlled, and professional environment where wig brand sales representatives can meet with store staff in a space that shows commitment to partnerships and helps build stronger, more productive relationships with brand reps. More importantly, it is a space for store marketing strategies, staff meetings and social media space.
